Very poorly presented store. Rubbish from what would have been days old as I was there Easter Monday morning around 9:30-10:00am. There was what looked like brown food stuff smudged on the floor. Shelves were full of used cosmetic/personal cleaning items as well as broken stock. This would have taken a few staff members to rectify before the store even opened but I would have settled for any staff taking any interest and pride in their job to be walking around and cleaning throughout the day. This store is filthy and no one seems to care.

We were.. Kmart store in Parramatta today evening 11/05/2023.The trolley man was pointing in negative way to my daughter and my wife in a rude way and he doesn't speak English he was speaking different language, when my wife asked him what is the problem? He spoke mockingly and walked away.We were very upset by his rude behavior, especially our daughter is diagnosed with autism, and we didn't really understand what was his problem with us?

Bought an air clothes dryer stand from kMART parramatta. When opened at home, stand was damaged. As I stay right opposite the mall, went straightaway to exchange. The staff on 3rd floor entrance said we are closed while I could see customers in the store. I informed her that I had to walk all the way to exchange the broken item Kmart keeps on this shelf. 2 other staff walk after finishing their shift and tell me a lie there is no one to exchange the item when I can see heaps of staff at customer service. The staff at entrance was trying however backed out when the other 2 were not interested at all to help me return the damaged item. Staff were very inconsiderate. Absolute poor customer service.

Love this place but due to bad staffing they are ruining the shops reputation. Went on 15/02/2023 at 6.10 pm, to get an item refunded. The short lady at the service counter was rude and keep saying the same thing as cannot refund not in the policy.I have refunded previous in similar situations but this lady really lack customer service skill. I was asking for someone else to speak but she didn’t let that too. Really horrible service. It’s okay to have cheap products but it’s not okay to have cheap customer service staff who are not aware of their own policies.

Kat is the most passionate and helpful staff at all the Kmarts. She went through all the aisles just to help look for a tiny thing for me. Love the enthusiasm!

Great place to shop for whole family. Convenient location. Located inside Parramatta Westfield and has everything that you need. Reasonably priced on furniture and quilts. Found a pair of comfortable shoes for just $25 and loving it. Also bought few glass jars for Terrariums. It will be great if bring more range of Terrarium glass but otherwise great store to shop at.

Love the store as always but somehow big difference in the store especially cleanliness between different suburbs. This store is Parramatta almost always looks like it's been raided for some reason. Things overflowing from the shelves, strewn around.. Just like like mess. Also I don't think this store is as big and the one in Macquarie is a lot bigger and has a better inventory.
