If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got there at 3:30pm and only one person in line and one waiting, took 5 minutes to check in. I was in a hurry because I had until 4:15 to pick up my kids from school, if I miss the window I have to wait a whole hour to pick them up. The lady in front said only a 15 minute wait so I thought it would be fine.It gets to 4:00 and I'm still waiting. So I go to reception area and the lady there is busy organizing meds, she sees me, and proceeds to doing what she was doing and ignores me. Meanwhile the pharmacists in the back are laughing loudly and one said I can't wait to go home". After some more waiting

This chemist has been awarded Pharmacy of the YEAR by state panel of experts in pharmacology. I can only rate this as a 5 Star Chemist.I have been attending this chemist over many years. Their level of professional knowledge is incredible. You can completely trust your health needs to them. Over the years I have been given the absolute best by this chemist.David the owner and all chemists on duty are so friendly..kind and take a personal interest in your needs. They work closely with the next door doctors surgery at Palm Springs Medical Centre..there has never been one time that any mistakes are ever made.They are totally thorough and cross check every detail.Also they can provide free delivery.. and hours of business are long..7 days a week from 7am through til midnight.The teamwork with the pharmacists and front staff is exceptional .I just really wish to Thank them All so much for their service to our community.

Always have found the pharmacist’s to be very professional and up to date with their knowledge, have received a number of injections as well as having all my and wife’s scripts dispensed here. All of the staff are helpful and caring.

Great pharmacy with hardworking, friendly, helpful staff & Pharmacists. Its so good to have a local pharmacy that's open till pretty late everyday.

Today Saturday I phoned this, my chemist of 23 years to explain I was unable to get out of my car for prescription for pain so I said I can drive up but is it ok to send ten year old grandson in while I wait in car. They said yes that’s fine. I also asked for some personal items that didn’t come in packaging. When I got home I phoned them back and the young lady said she would bring them to me on her way home at 2 pm. This she did and normally on weekends they don’t do delivery but I was so lucky. I said to her I will let your employee know what a huge help you and the senior chemist have done for me. I have not got their names unfortunately but we all know what an amazing chemist this is. Thank you ladies for your help and care.

I was receiving my prescriptions here at a cost of $41 for 2 medications. I just went to Secret Harbour Pharmacy and got the same medication for $23. Suffice to say, I won’t be visiting this ridiculously overpriced pharmacy ever again.

This pharmacy has exceptional customer service. Always several chemists on duty. Their home delivery service has been a godsend for me. It has helped me through trying times, just knowing I can have products delivered to my home has taken a load from my shoulders.
