Highly recommend. Funeral wreath organised last minute. Beautiful fresh flowers which lasted a trip interstate and up to the funeral day. Great communication and very fast, efficient and talented.

Just be mindful when you pay as they could miscalculate not knowing their own pricing in the store. Larger blooms and taller stems cost more, but even when I chose smaller bloom with shorter stem the price is $8 as on their display but at the counter they charge $12. Once I corrected them, they say that the staff mixed up the pricing on the display. So they charge to however they like.

Flowers are fresh, they have soo many varieties - every time i visit there seems to be more added and at a great value too! The Chrysanthemum pom poms are lasting me 2 weeks in a vase!!

Spent 20 minutes in store looking for a beautiful bunch of flowers today for Valentine’s Day, and was captivated by this beautiful bunch displayed for $60. It consisted of fresh large roses in the colours red and pink. When it was handed over to the other lady who was doing the wrapping, she said “it’s not suppose to be $60!” And was going on about it, then said she had to give it for that price now. Obliviously speaking to my younger sister and son while I waited, I finally got my flowers, paid then left. I didn’t think of it much.On the way back to my car I noticed the roses were different, a lot smaller and not fresh. I had somewhere to go so I couldn’t come back but while I was driving I just felt worst. I kept trying to look at it to justify what could have happened and that maybe I was wrong when I knew in my heart that I wasn’t. The bunch I initially picked was extremely beautiful compared to this one. Things started to click to me too. So I called them up and tried to explained the situation and the lady said she’d be happy to refund me back the money just text her my bank details. I felt satisfied even though a full refund isn’t what I wanted, I just wanted a partial refund and for them to know that it isn’t right to do that behind a customer’s back. Tbh I felt really backstabbed and devalued. Just be honest if you really don’t want to sell it for that price so your customers have the option of picking something else, which in my case I would have, or I would’ve paid $80 for it.I’m not mad, I’m just really upset. I waited for a solution to be met before writing this review because I thought we would have fixed this issue by now but no response. I also decided to write this review in hope that this wouldn’t happen to another customer.

Would rate no star if I could! But the owner prob wont care anyway! Went to buy some flowers the owner didn’t even wanted to talk to me or answer my question, but was nice to people who spoke Viet. Didn’t end up buying anything won’t want her with that attitude to earn any of my money.

Absolutely fantastic. Rang and ordered flowers in the morning and they were delivered same afternoon and they were perfect. Thank you so much! ☆☆☆☆☆

Untrustworthy, lying shop owner. I gave them too much money thinking the flowers were a bit more but when I realised they were cheaper than I read and asked for my change back they declined and lied to me saying they never got the extra even though I just went and took out cash just to buy the flowers. They did not bother checking and brushed me off for the next customer. I've bought here before and had no issues. But once this happened to me, I'm disappointed how dishonest a shop owner can be over $20. Wanted to go through the cameras to prove them I gave the extra but no effort was made and again was told I must of dropped it even when I haven't even walked out the shop yet. Unprofessional!!!

200% recommend this business. I sent a text with all the details and within 2 hours flowers delivered and they were so pretty and appropriate. Service and quality of product far exceeded my expectations. Cannot go wrong. My friend thought they were beautiful. Thanks again!

I highly recommend Cabramatta Flower Spot for all your floral needs. I ordered a funeral wreath from the US as I was not able to attend a funeral locally. I entered the incorrect delivery address, and at last minute contacted them to change the location. They were very accommodating and flexible despite the time differene. They went above and beyond when the funeral home turned away the wreath as they only accepted flowers during the day of service. I offered to pay for the redelivery fee and Cabramatta Flower Spot declined and absorbed the cost for me. Exceptional customer service, and excellent communication!

I'm very pleased with the service provided by the store manager, Xay, in helping me set up funeral wreaths delivery to my great aunt's funeral in Fairfield. She made the communication process easy for me as I was ordering from across the ocean in the US. The flowers turned out beautiful, much better than expected.
