Unfortunately KFC Orange has huge issues with their drive through. We have not once but twice waited for over 30 minutes for fast food".When we finally got our food we were asked if this was ours which I replied I don't know what's in the bag. The young gentleman said he doesn't know as he just brought it out.Sorry KFC you really need to pick up your game."

Terrible. Waited to be served for ages, gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then took forever for my order to come out. I ordered an original tenders box. It came with no popcorn chicken. The two tenders were tiny and freezing, and chips weren’t cooked properly. Should’ve gone back for a refund honestly.

Disappointing experience. I regret to say that I will not be ordering from there again in the future.One of the major issues I encountered was the excessive wait time to receive my food. It seemed as though the entire process was incredibly slow and inefficient. Even though it's a fast food restaurant, it took an unreasonably long time for my order to be prepared and delivered to me. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially when I was expecting a quick meal.To make matters worse, there were instances where my food order was incorrect. I found myself having to return to the counter multiple times to rectify the situation, which only added to the chaos and frustration. It was clear that there was a lack of proper management and attention to detail in ensuring the accuracy of the orders.Given that KFC is renowned for its fast food service, I would have expected a more efficient and organized experience. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unmanaged, leaving me with a negative impression of the establishment.If I were to offer a suggestion, I would encourage the management to take a closer look at their processes and improve the overall efficiency and accuracy of the food preparation and delivery. Customers should be able to rely on KFC to provide them with a quick and hassle-free dining experience.Unfortunately, my recent visit to the KFC in Orange was far from satisfactory. With the lengthy wait times, incorrect orders, and disorganized atmosphere, I will be seeking alternatives for my fast food needs. There is certainly room for improvement, and I hope that KFC takes the necessary steps to enhance their service in the future.

Order through Menulog for the first time and received it cold and honestly food didn't seemed well cook absolutely disgrace! I before to go to a take way shops or local country pubs at least you get a decent meal. Won't be coming back !

This place deserves 0 stars. Absolute filthy inside. Toilets are never cleaned. Rubbish bin sitting outside of where it goes. Workers vaping outside then going straight back in. Waited over an hour for food. Missing bacon in burger. Missing coleslaw. This place is an absolute joke. Should be shut down.

Terrible terrible terrible service, took at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged, then nearly 30 minutes to receive our order, then when I had to ask for my drinks all I got in return was a massive sigh and a mouthful of whispered profanity.Usually this KFC is pretty good, extremely busy with some lengthy wait times but usually food is spot on with great customer service. Very disappointing.

Waited 30 minutes for a Zinger Crunch Box and and an extra zinger fillet, food was cold and dry. Also listened to multiple teenage staff members bragging to each other about who had been booked for going the furthest over the speed limit “Thats nothing, my mates gone 140 in a school zone before” is not what I want to hear with my chicken. Also a number of menu log drivers waiting lengthy amounts of time, whilst also being ignored.
