I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received from MyCar Endeavour Hills and Khalid, their staff member. I brought my car in for a service, and it was flawlessly done. But what really stood out to me was Khalid's warm and friendly demeanor. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and addressed all my questions and concerns with patience and understanding. It's always great to feel heard and treated with care, and Khalid did just that. I feel relieved to have found a reliable car maintenance specialist that puts their customers first. Workmanship is on point and if any otherdefects or repairs needed they will remind you promptly. I had my wife's car serviced there once" years ago and returned there last year with my son's car. I needed an emergency tyre change today as my tyre had be punctured. I called and asked if I could bring my car in urgently. The manager, Khalid, was so kind and understanding and told me to bring it in and not worry.I was so relieved and brought my car in, he changed my tyre within a matter of minutes. His customer service was unmatched with any other place I have been to.Thanks once again, Ill definitely be back!

Khalid is unbelievable. I brought in my tyre which was punctured and because it was close to closing time he didn’t charge me. Super genuine and knowledgeable as well, the 3 customers in front of me were also well listened to and given appropriate, generous advice. This kind of service is rare to find and I will definitely be back.

Took my audi wagon for a wheel alignment but ended up needing a set of tyres. Khalid was super helpful in explaining the requirements, whilst never pushing for a sale. Very trustworthy and il be back soon and recommend to family and friends

Took my car there over a year ago and was different management was not a fan. Was told there was a new manager so went back last week. Absolutely amazing guy, nothing was to much trouble and my car is driving amazing. Thanks so much.
