The guy working at Liverpool was very helpful and true to his word. He delivered exactly what he said in the time he said! I would personally recommend him to anyone for any phone repairs. Price was fair n reasonable compared to other quotes but speed of repair was awesome. GO to this guy at Liverpool! 100% Genuine businessman!

the experience at first was good, i went to get a new screen protector and all was good until she gave me my phone back and asked “would you like a new phone case” and as i looked my phone case was broken. it was not broken before i gave it to her and she lied about it and said she didn’t break it when it was obviously her. she then tried to make me pay another $20 to get a new phone case which is extremely unprofessional.

Aneesh helped me out with cutting my losses on a faulty galaxy s5 & gave me useful info on suitable replacement options based on my needs. He also helped with my overall phone cover protection needs. & He did it all with a smile & excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Great repair for S21 Ultra at a decent price, even fixed the glue issue from the other repair place I went to previously in liverpool, which could have damaged the camera.

I had to fix my screens since it was an emergency but this guy Puts me a screen that doesn’t recognise I'm tapping on it and i play games that require Every single tap to register

Employees are not liable. damage someone else's And not responsible. My hack phone has been used for only 2 years. How can the screen be damaged? Just change the battery. Also, when eating, do not bring water and side dishes to eat at work. You should go eat where they have to eat. Everything that was done was unprofessional. Then one more thing will come to blame me. Saying that taking a chopper hit the water, chopping my edge, can prevent water 100 meters, crazy, never used to change anything anywhere Just changing the battery damaged my phone.

Navi was very good she fixed my broken screen when someone else had given me a faulty one. She was very professional and nice about it and she even gave me a discount on the phone case and glass screen protector. I highly recommend her and her prices was the cheapest in the area.
