The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Ignores messages on Instagram, claiming they “don’t have a customer service department” and this was before I even purchased anything (thank goodness I didn’t) - I was practically begging them to respond. In the end I told them how bad their customer service was and that I would be spreading the word and they cowardly blocked me on Instagram - absolutely pathetic and immature!Think twice before giving this business your hard earned cash because in their words they “don’t have a customer service department” was their response to me every single time!Jai, if you don’t have a customer service department then simply DON’T SERVE CUSTOMERS!!!I would give zero stars if I could. Your business will not survive with your stinking attitude towards customer service!

Best store ever! Great staff and very professional owner and manager. Shopping or simply visiting is always a beautiful and inspiring experience. It has my highest recommendation.

A favourite in Byron. Jai’s work is a perfect blend of colour and form. The gallery isn’t always open due to Jai working up new shows. I love that he changes the interiors with each new series.
