Ineffective service, no pro active selling strategies. Unable to arrange satisfactory sale of prime building land in four months and arrogant, rude, downright unpleasant attitude from Dean Philips, one of the directors, who refused to take any responsibility for their failure and insisted on full payment of advertising costs. The other directors, the McEwings, didn’t even bother to respond. Mr Philips, as well as being incredibly rude to me, also made derogatory remarks regarding the agent I transferred to......an agent who then proceeded to arrange a very satisfactory sale within 2 weeks . An upsetting, stressful experience.
