What can I say? Kathryn is a super star!I'm ashamed to say that my pre-existing Terms & Conditions for my small cake business were pretty basic, and since the pandemic (& the subsequent repeated lockdowns, restrictions, and cancellations), the truth is that they were also extremely out of date and inadequate to protect myself and my business from losses. I knew that I needed to put more effort into my T&C document, but like most other business owners in the Wedding Industry, I am time poor, and constantly chasing my tail to make up for the significant loss of time & income that was impacted on the Events Industry by restrictions and lockdowns due to the Covid-19 pandemic...
