Make Tracks WA

This was the first time I'd been to Make Tracks, only just becoming an entry level 4wdriver. Had a snorkel fitted, grabbed a few bits off the shelf and hit the counter. The guys in the workshop had seen that my second battery, recently fitted, didn't have a clamp. So they fitted one, at no extra charge! And it's not some cheap thing, it's bloody solid. If the service here continues in such a fashion, these guys deserve to get rich. Top notch.

The management and staff are exemplary. Prompt, professional and proficient. I couldn't be happier with the service or the price. Happy to recommend and I will be back and singing their praises to anyone who will listen

The pre sales and information prior to the Dual Difflocker and compressor install was great. The install was a bit bumpy, after dropping my ute off for the install I was called on my way home to be asked basic questions that should have been asked when the ute was dropped off where should the compressor go and where do you want the switches". Glad I was asked but

I have had 3 4WD's fitted out by Make Tracks now, and have found their service, workmanship and backup to be second to none. The staff are always welcoming and know their products well. The ARB products aren't the cheapest, but the best quality I have found. I have not yet bent any of their Summit bullbars after hitting many roos, and the roller drawer systems work a treat

Poor costumer skills, not welcoming, and not able to track and complete an order.Spent about 15k in different ARB shops to do major works as I didn't wanna spend a cent at their shop due to their attitude, now I will also order parts elsewhere if needed, even if I have to drive 50km to go elsewhereToday I was told I could order some parts so i proceed with the deposit after 6 weeks I had to pop into the store to see how the order was going as I didn't get any updates.Most parts were arrived in store beside one part and I got told it did not arrive as out of production. ??Called a different ARB store and as usual I was able to get help and order the part,will have to wait 6 more weeks but lucky there's some good operators out there.After Review:And I also called but never received a call back

Crossed the Great Central Road and blew an air bag. Clint and the team went out of their way to organise replacement airbags and get them fitted quickly. Awesome service. Much appreciated. Highly recommend Make Tracks.

Rang up for some mirrors, they had 1 left in stock and held it for me until I could get in. Good advice, good service.
