I strongly recommended this company because of excellent communication, punctual and professional service, and friendly staff! This is the best removing service out of the three I had so far and will definitely stick with them next time!

These people decided it was acceptable to block off the driveway into our complex by parking in the gateway which blocked access into and out of the complex. They not only refused to move the truck when asked but also abused and mocked the owner (and member of the Council that runs the complex). Disgraceful!

Highly recommended Cancare Transport, they recently helped me moved and nothing was an issue. All my belongings arrived safely with no damage to walls or furniture (unlike my previous experience). Chay and Troy were both great to deal with and would highly recommend to anyone looking to move. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chay helped us move over the long weekend and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He handled all our belongings with as much care as he would his own, arrived early and was so quick and efficient in packing our stuff into the truck and getting it to the new place. We had some heavy/tricky items and our first unit was in quite an awkward spot with some tight corners on the stairs but nothing seemed too much to ask of him. Super friendly and made our move feel so much easier. Would definitely recommend CanCare the next time you move!

10/10 the best movers I have used. We had a super tight laneway that their truck didn't fit, but they made it work. Which to start, was just incredible. They were understanding of me not being there so I could get my pets settled at my new place. They moved everything with care and we're making sure things were going in the right place. Even with all the hiccup with the laneway it was still within the original quote. All three of the guys were so lovely, best experience moving can not thank them enough.

Chay and his brother did a huge move for us at short notice They are quiet, efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.This was three removal trucks full. It was heavy work ,with some very fragile, very heavy items. Including a piano.They worked so hard without stopping and it was 38c.There were endless amounts of items going into a smaller area.I cannot recommend them enough, and have told my real estate agent about them and she says she will recommend them to her clients.They also charge very reasonable rates.They not only moved our furniture but removed most of the anxiety around our move.Thank you guys

Really happy customer. Removalists arrived between 8-830am as agreed despite heavy rain. Removalists were very efficient and when you're being charged for time, this was greatly appreciated. They bring plenty of blankets and straps to protect your belongings. Appreciated receiving a recommendation to use this company and will definitely be recommending to anyone who asks me for a removalist company suggestion. They're also competitively priced. They charge a little more for call out compared to some companies but the hourly rate is fantastic! Means we were better off $$ going with them.

Chay and Troy provided us with the best moving experience my husband and I have ever had.Easy communication prior, and very flexible when I notified them the day prior that we actually had twice as much stuff as I had initially estimated.Arrived exactly on time. Spent the next 4 hours bounding up and down three flights of stairs with heavy boxes and furniture. No damage to the walls despite a very tight staircase. Took care with furniture and fragile items including the piano. Completely filled the truck in an astonishingly short amount of time and unloaded it even faster at the other end.My husband and I expected the whole thing to take the entire day, but instead, everything was completed shortly after lunch.Significantly cheaper than the competition; we hope they dont do anything to address this in the short term as we fully intend to utilise them again in the next year!
