Website says they open at 10am on a Sunday. Three times I've got here for 'opening' and they haven't been opened. Such a waste of time.

Really good. Great, friendly staff. So clean. My granddaughter had a pedicure and manicure and they were so caring and so gentle. Will definitely be back. It's a bit hidden away. Just down from Big W nearly at entrance to 1U Blue car park.

Been here a couple a times now and overall the service is pretty good. The nail technicians are friendly and welcoming and my nails have turned out really beautiful. The only downside, sometimes they can quite rough when shaping and buffing your nails.

if your trying to save a buck with your groupon voucher, dont bother...i wouldnt come here for free. the guy owner has something to say about all the bad criticism instead of taking it onboard and trying to fix their service. please check out all the other bad reviews as i'm not the only one whinging, theres a lot of bad rap about this place. if the owner thinks they can get away with being so rude to customers and not acknowledging it, then he deserves all the bad rep. and also, i got my money back from groupon so in your face

I asked for french tip and they said noand they gave me ombre which is not what i asked for its not even ombre it looks clear

This was the worst manicure experience of my life. Staff are incredibly rude, very poor attention to detail and they provided the wrong colour.
