I recently moved into a place with a faulty motorised garage door. I called Kaaden Doors and James came out very promptly to check it out. He talked to me about the repairs required and sent one of his team out a day or two later to do the job. The door was out of alignment because the brackets which were holding it were bent and they were also coming away from the wall. As well as this, the motor had been installed upside down. New brackets were inserted and the motor was put the right way up. The workmanship was first rate, and now I have a fully functional, perfectly aligned, garage door. The cost was very reasonable and I'm very happy with the result.

A very Honest Company and Prompt service.I Called another Roller door company Before contacting Kaaden Garage doors and when I advised then that I need a new tension spring they said I need a entire new door at the Cost in excess of $2000.00When I contacted Kaaden Garage doors James came out straight away and advised that I was not a broken spring and one of their service technicians came out and reset the spring in the door on the same day for Only $165.00It is a pleasant change to find a company who is not out to rip you off.THIS IS THE BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME

A snapped cable on Easter Sunday morning meant the door was stuck half open and I wasn't hopeful of it being repaired until after the Easter break. Contacted Kaaden Doors and after leaving the details was called back by James himself within a couple of minutes. He gave me a very reasonable quote which included a surprisingly small public holiday surcharge and agreed to come out personally so as not to interrupt the holiday plans of his staff. Just 3 hours later the job was completed in a very friendly and professional manner and he was accompanied by his wife as they also had made their own plans that day. Couldn't be happier with the result and so thankful he was prepared to go out of his way to help me out. Very highly recommended.
