I always feared F45 Training as if it was only for the elite of fitness goers. Tried out F45 Guildford and completely changed my mind from day 1. I was encouraged to train at my own pace and their trainers supported me the whole way. With a fun and supportive gym family it became an addiction and I make sure I'm there 3 days a week. Thanks F45 Guildford Team.

I love walking up the stairs of the F45 Guildford Studio to see only the best motivating team that gives you energy to do your work out. The coaches are professionals that assist you throughout the session. Plus we are all just a VIBE in general!!

LOVE me some F45 Guildford. Such a wonderful place to train. Where everyone feels like family. They have the best people and the best trainers. You will leave this place with the best feeling and wanting to come back for more.... Definitely recommend everyone of all ages to give F45 Guildford a go!!! What are you waiting for??? Absolutely love F45 Guildford! Since starting there almost a year ago, I’ve been supported and encouraged to do my best in every session. The trainers and owner are all very friendly and helpful. Honestly love every session and always come out smiling. ☺️

I have been apart of the F45 community for over 4 years and visited numerous studio and I can honestly say that F45 Guildford by far is one of the best studio I have trained at! I love the atmosphere and vibe of the trainers and everyone who attends the classes.
