I’ve bought two bikes from Hendry’s, both of which I’m very happy with. One of them, an electric mountain bike, had a controller problem which needed to be repaired under warranty. Despite some problems with communications, and tardiness on the part of the manufacturer, the Hendry team were able to get my MTB back on the track before Christmas.
