Excellent range of products, very bad shelving, labelling/pricingService can hardly be any worse. Also no online options for ordering.I honestly go there just a few times a year as is the only option “close” my area

Any time I am in Sydney I will make a point to visit here for Mexican food staples. Hominy, polenta, pinto beans, all kinds of red chiles, sauces, and tinned supplies. Their shelves were extremely well-stocked last week and the price rises were not too terrible considering the inflation and shipping problems of the day.

I asked the girls at the country how much for the Soft drink Colombiana and she said $2 each and when I checked the expiry date it was expired. So she put the price down to sell all the software drink that was expired. That is not nice. I did report it to consumer affairs. You don't sell expired consumable items. That's why there is an expiry date for a reason.

Huge selection of everything from sauces to sweets. Dried chillies, big range of yerba mate, soft drinks, dried beans, snack foods etc.The entrance could be easily missed as the door is closed and needs to be slid open but lots to see once you're in!

Worthwhile making the trek to Fairfield to shop at this small and wondrous supermercado. The entrance is hidden and easily missed, as random jerseys and multiple signs advertising money transfer services suggest anything but food inside. The signage for the store is obscured, so this delightful store with South and Central American treasures is unlikely to attract random visitors. Instead, like me, the search for a specific Peruvian item (salchichas huachana) led me to make along trip. I was rewarded with a litany of unique staple items from Latin American cuisine and famous childhood lollies. They stock home-made tamales, mass manufactured empanadas, cheeses, and various other frozen and fresh joy. From flour to flan, mazamorra morada to picarones cooking mix, chicha (bottled and in packets), and Inca Kola (small, medium and large), it's your entire Latin childhood in one place. Customer service is noticeably warm to regulars, greeted in Spanish and with kind laughter, though cooler and less welcoming to blow-ins like me. Pricing is very high for the individual items. Eleven goods cost over $100 (50% of this the salchichas and chorizo), likely due to high import taxes. Many items are not priced, which would make shopping on a budget a hassle. Nevertheless, given the inimitable flavours of Latin cooking, the service is much needed and a rare joy to find. Suggest stocking up on your favourites, unless you're nearby.

A really great and surprising selection of Latin American items!!! You can get tamale wraps and Abulita and many other ingredients I havent seen anywhere else in Sydney so far. If you are serious about your cooking and can't find something from South America check here.

The customer service needs to improve hugely. It is great for our Latin community to have a place like this where we can all purchace products from our countries. I'm sure all the latin community in Sydney is eager to support businesses like this one, however, the customer service is rather disappointing, quite rude and makes anyone feel like not coming back for more. This is a constructive criticism. To run a business is difficult and I believe the owner may not know this happens at all. It is never too late to make significant improvements.
