Excellent operation. Really impressed with RACV/IAG's set up. One stop shop. Dropped off my car for assessment and repairs. They have Thrifty on site, so I was able to collect hire car from there.

Would be great if someone answered the phone!!Had my car repaired a year ago and paint is peeling on the rear bar- Not happy

Just terrible customers service, they leave you waiting for over an hour for no reason, even when they finished inspecting the car, they give you no instructions as to what to do next, people just ignore you, go to their lounch break in the middle of talking to you, 'just a moment, someone will assist you, hehe', while proceeding to walk away with a pizza box in hand. I know they are getting paid by RACV, regardless of if they treat me like a piece of trash or not, but its just such a disgusting feeling when someone treats you like that and there is nothing you can do about it. Hopefully I dont get into an accident in the future, but even if I do, I would rather drive for another 50 km to another car repair service. I will at least have a peace of mind I will be treated like a human.
