Can't recommend this place enough. Have been attending for 6 months, plenty of options for times to book in and its quiet enough that i bring my lap top in and complete work whilst doing the compression boots for an hour session. Feel absolutely amazing after the sauna and ice bath. Loz and the team are exceptional!!!!

Lovely staff and great services on offer. The other members are great too so it has a real community feel.I have a membership for cold therapy, Infrared sauna, and compression boots. These are amazing for my physical and mental health!

ReviewI started at Windsor Recovery Lab on the 5 day trial pack. This was a great introduction to the Recovery equipment available and to try them all over the 5 day period. After the 5 days I was convinced the sessions would make a difference to my overall health and well-being so signed up for a membership.Laura and Chris are extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the use and benefits of the equipment. Many questions answered by them and recommendations offered.Always leave the sessions feeling invigorated and motivated!!

What a fantastic place for some 'me' time. All services are perfect for recovery for the body and soul and the value for money is incredible. Alyce is so friendly and helpful and really makes the experience at Recovery Lab so much better. Would highly recommend and have already referred a number of friends. Keep up the good work!

Unreal experience. Everything was amazing, however, the compression boots and ice baths were on another level. Highly recommended. More importantly, Daniel who is running the show, is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful athlete who makes this whole recovery experience spot on, and customers are his number one priority. I’ve been going to recovery lab (Windsor) for the last 3 or so month and it has totally changed my life for the better in terms of exercise recovery ! I’m by no means an athlete - just a regular gym goer .. but by using the lab in coordination with my workouts .. I rarely have any DOMs and definitely no injuries! I sleep better and feel healthier!The staff are always friendly and helpful with sound advice and support .. the booking system is simple and I never can’t get a sauna/ recovery boot/compex/nu calm /massage gun or ice bath in my preferred time!I’m a complete fan!

Spending time at Recovery Lab is the highlight of my day. The space is amazing, the staff are excellent and they have everything you require to recover, rejuvenate and relax. I highly recommend the membership as it encourages you to take care of yourself and your wellbeing
