Avoid this place!! I bought a $500 ring and I got them to cut the tag off. The next day I decided that I'd made a mistake and wanted to exchange it. I was told even though it was only one day, it was considered worn and it couldn't be exchanged. Prouds goes through the same company and said they would have exchanged the ring, and that the Goldmark representative was incorrect. The item was undamaged and could be exchanged. Now I'm going through the Goldmark website putting in a complaint. Be careful!! DO NOT USE THEM!!
