Really unprofessional service provider .

Loved the place lots of promises were made to care for my fully dependent son who has cerabal palsey and is pureed food only and peg feed.Couple off months later I noticed he started to look quite thin. I had no way off weighing him as he is wheelchair bound.Had several conversations with management and staff.Who assured me he was being fed properly. I finally got a hoist scale and was shocked that my son went from 48kg to 32kg again I discussed this with management and gave them notice that he would be moving out. In the next 2 weeks after that he went down to 30kg. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE the staff are not expirenced to care for high need clients

We have been dealing with Nation wide care services for past year Looking after our blind and disabled son Rohit Pala their services involve giving Rohit home care and 3 days a week he privileged of going to nation wide day care centre where he is taught basic skills Rohit also has 7 days of home care . The staff very courteous and well trained, the management and staff are very well mannered, anyone who requires care I strongly recommend Nation wide for palliative,Home care or any other services you can rest assured of getting sterling services I would like to thank management and staff for giving Rohit best care . I can not recommend Nationwide Care Plus enough. They go and over beyond with all they do. Sue, Samme and all the Staff have been assisting with my son going on 4 years now and I would truly be lost without them, their ongoing support and just their assistance in getting through the hard times. I have no hesitation in recommending Nationwide Care Plus to anyone looking for brilliant customer service, amazing support and truly fantastic people to deal with.

i have been with nationwide care plus for almost 3 years and i rate them a high 5 star because they help others before themselves and i was homeless before and now they have provided me with a new house. their staff is amazing and they are amazing at their job as well. i will highly recommend them to everyone who needs help and that i know they have NDIS also.
