Lilburndale

I’ll start by saying the venue and management at Lilburndale were exceptional! Jordan and I were on our fourth wedding date due to COVID and I was done organising and planing. We moved to Lilburndale on our fourth date and it was the best decision we made. The manager felicity, took hold of contacting all the vendors, suggesting vendors we were missing and just made the whole process so much easier. The venue met with vendors in their own time, organised drop off times for the wedding day, sent out site maps and drop off locations, they were just fantastic. They even handmade new wooden tables so that I could have the bridal table in a different location, just wow. The staff on the day were friendly, helpful and nothing was a drama on the day. Felicity was there for the whole day and ensured everything ran smoothly, liaised with the chefs, the band and our MC’s on the night. The venue was beautiful, the ceremony and reception space was styled to perfection! I only needed to add flowers and signs and the venue had the rest. I saved so much money on styling and having to purchase extra items to give the reception that wow factor. The decor, table settings, lighting and furniture was all perfect and couldn’t have be more impressed. Next is the food. WOW!! The food was some of the best food I have ever had. The food tasting tasted the exact same as the food on the wedding date, which in my experience with friends weddings is not usually the case. The food was fresh, delicious and meat just fell off the bone. I received so many compliments from my guests for the food, it was so tasty and great portions sizes and most importantly, my guests left the wedding full and not hungry. Lastly, I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Lilburndale and managers Felicity and Amy. My husband Jordan and I couldn’t have been happier with how our wedding day went, it was the best day of our lives and Lilburndale made that possible. The day was perfect, the venue looked amazing and I couldn’t recommend Lilburndale more.

Where do I even start?? The moment we stepped onto the property at Lilburndale, we knew we HAD to get married there. Even though it’s a working farm (which is so cool in itself), the owners have left no stone unturned in making it an incredible venue. The old house, where we had our ceremony, is so beautiful and the folly for cocktail hour is just the perfect spot overlooking the whole farm - complete with bar and a beautiful fire pit for the cooler nights. The reception shed is next level. Even the bathrooms are some of the nicest I’ve ever seen! From the moment we met Felicity & Amy, they were warm and professional. Nothing I ever asked was too hard and Felicity kept me in line throughout the process, making it all so easy! I can’t recommend them enough. By our wedding day they felt like old friends, while still being super professional. I will recommend Lilburndale time and time again and can’t wait to watch and see all the things the things they do in the future! Thank you for making our wedding day everything we could have dreamed of!

Our wedding at Lilburndale was a magical, stress-free, flawlessly executed, 5 star experience from beginning to end.Every aspect of the night was incredible and exceeded expectations. The support Lilburndale's wedding coordinator Felicity provided from the first venue viewing through to on-the-day coordination rivals any wedding coordinator. Seriously, a baby announcement on Instagram confirmed she was emailing us wedding advice while in labour.Felicity, Amy, the Cotter family and chef Drew were completely invested in us having the best day of our life. Our menu tasting left us stunned (Get the lamb. Do it.). Postponing our event due to COVID lockdown was effortless. The venue itself is indescribable - the serenity of the farm takes you to your happy place, and then a cow interrupts your couple photos with hysterical noises and you're in fits of laughter.The Cotters have thought of everything, from being chauffeured around the farm on a golf buggy for our photos, to having a private space stocked for emergency touch-ups. Our guests couldn't stop bragging about the food, the wine and the service, making it clear to us that a wedding at Lilburndale is a night our guests will remember.Amy & Felicity styled the venue beautifully, curated the evening to provide a memorable, seamless event, and when it was over our personal items had been thoughtfully and discretely packed away, saving our entourage from packing down at the end of the night.No other venue provides the experience Lilburndale does. You'll only regret the night has to end.

Absolutely awesome venue! The atmosphere is incredible - we enjoyed an amazing and very personal wedding celebration with great food and superb wines and whiskeys. The staff were attentive but not overbearing and the venue well balanced with indoor and outdoor space. The wedding was at 3.30pm with a soft afternoon breeze. Spectacular views from ceremony spot at the top of the hill - perfect for photo's! I really loved this venue and hope our family and friends will book here for future celebrations.

I've watched this farm evolve into an awesome wedding and function venue over the last few years. I was lucky enough to attend their recent open day and was even more impressed seeing it close up. It's definitely worth looking into if you want a memorable and unique wedding or function.
