Always met with friendly and helpful staff.

Waited for him while he was in his office on his phone for over 5 mins and didn't even bother to look at me or say hi. It was the most awkward interaction I ever had with a 7-11 employee.Time: 8:00pm8-dec-2021

Staff wouldn't let me fuel up without pre paying as they didn't like the look of my car. Rude and arrogant, worst service of any 7 11 in Australia.

Absolute disgrace 7/11 I had $1.74 locked in on the app and got fuel at Lisarow at $1.88 and the app failed at time of purchase. I sent to head office as advised and they replied the app had diesel locked in which was rubbish the photo clearly shows unleaded 91. I spend over $4k a month with these guys and this is how they treat customers not happy!!!

Stopped in to make myself a coffee and hot chocolate as I normally do.(Keep in mind I'm no stranger to this store) and was refused access to the machine until I had paid for everything I wanted to purchase...when I had questioned why.. she rudely stated it's because people have recently been stealing" and demanded me to pay again so I walked out in disgust. (ERIN) you need to work on your customer service skills. (THATS A MUST). I will definitely Pass by this place from now on!"

This store cannot easily be accessed if you're heading north because you can't turn right into it. It also feels a little cramped inside. Staff are friendly, so not all bad.

10:30pm21-04-2022I went to go use the atm in the store and so I tried to withdraw money but the atm machine didn’t give my card back nor did they give me the money, luckily the bank didn’t withdraw the money but the staff member refuses to open the machine and give my card back and he just said call the atm support. So I did but then they hung up on meAbsolutely disgusted

BEWARE - went in there last week, paid, the EFTPOS machine said 'transaction approved, remove card' but apparently that didn't translate to their computer screen. Waited a couple of minutes, logged on to internet banking and nothing showing. Waited a couple more minutes and refreshed, still nothing showing in my account. They wouldn't let me leave without paying again, the staff member said that the machine I paid on was always having issues so he put the payment through again on the other machine, which went through immediately. I then checked my bank and both identical payments were showing as paid within a minute of each other- NOT pending in my account, actually debited. I showed the staff member and asked him to credit one payment back onto my card and he refused. He called the owner Jaffar, who I then spoke to who said it happens sometimes and in a few days it will just fix itself. I advised it wasn't 2 PENDING payments, it was showing as two ACTUAL payments. Ultimately he said to leave my number with the cashier and next time he's in the shop he'll have a look. I asked him when he'd be there next and he said 'maybe next week'. It's been 6 days, not a word. I've disputed the charge with my bank. Seriously, avoid this place, it was an $82 dollar overcharge and the owner doesn't care, the fact both his staff and he himself said the machine is faulty is a concern. I drove past this morning on my way to work, not a single car in there yet the Caltex across the road was full even though petrol is a little bit more expensive there, speaks volumes. Now waiting for the bank to refund the money.

Staff here are rude!They really should sell their business to owners who take pride in their work and have some sense of customer service.
