I joined Semprose from March 2022 as a new starter to Reformer Pilates and it is one of the best decisions I made this year to help with my mental health and building strength. I love attending Nicky's classes each week, she makes everyone feel comfortable and I would highly recommend Semprose to anyone!

Loving my Pilates classes at Semprose. It is so welcoming every time I go. Everyone is so friendly and the instructors are so accommodating to make any needed adjustments for my arthritis. Started with one class a week and now I’m doing two. It’s helping so much. Love it !

The best place for Reformer Pilates! Every trainer is super knowledgeable and friendly. I never feel like I'm doing the same thing over and over, and I go 1-2 times a week. Pilates has helped with my lower back issues and has helped me get back into riding horses after a 4 year break with hardly any pain. Love Semprose!

This is the best Pilates studio I've ever been to! The instructors are SO good, kind, and creative. I feel like every workout is so worth it. The equipment is excellent and clean. The members are some of the nicest people and I always feel welcomed and embraced.

I have been going to Semprose off and on for a couple of years now and absolutely love it! The studio is so calming and the instructors are amazing. My knees and lower back have improved so much since getting back into it again, couldn't recommend them enough!

Happily enjoying the pilates classes at Semprose. Signing up and getting started was super easy and convenient online. No contracts and plenty of class time/day options make it super flexible. Instructors are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Equipment is great quality and well-maintained. My body is benefiting from the targeted workouts and always look forward to each class! I’ve only been a couple times and the welcome I get definitely makes me feel as though I’ve been coming for years! All the girls across both studios are so nice and the classes are so much fun I definitely recommend semprose to everyone I come across.
