DO NOT HIRE from these people. Super unprofessional business. Equipment isn’t looked after, staff have no idea what’s going on

Prices online that say ‘From’ is not where the prices start from. They are if you hire it for 3 days. Any shorter and it’s a lot more expensive.Used a jack hammer for 20 minutes, returned it after about 2 hours and got charged for a full day. Look elsewhere for cheaper hire equipment.

Always a quality machine at a great price. $39 Damage waiver on bobcat is very affordable and still comparatively lower than competitors when you add this in to the price. Customer service has always been great.

Rip off as I hired a concreate demolition saw, literally got a few cuts out of it then it kept stalling and couldn't start.I'm still waiting for a phone call from the owner.I returned and was charged the full amount even know it couldn't do the job.Very disappointing ,would not recommend

DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS EXTREMELY RUDE AND USELESS PLACE.Have never been treated so poorly with zero remorse in my life.They are NOT the cheapest for hire either. Take your money and business to someone who cares.So appalled.

Rude and Disgusting service. Hired a posi from them, on pickup they advised that the machine had been having issues with blowing fuses. No inspection done on pickup, terrible customer service. tyre went flat on the trailer, they don’t provide tools/equipment for it to be changed and won’t return the deposit due to this. Also once we got the machine home it wouldn’t start. Have footage to show the machine wouldn’t start even after glowing and didn’t leave the trailer. Karlys customer service and mannerism to a paying customer is disgusting! Extremely disappointed! They are refusing to return our $780! Won’t let me speak to the owner, won’t have the owner contact me even though they trade 7 days a week. I have never had such terrible and disgusting customer service!

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Brad.Hired a pozie track for the weekend. Picked up Friday afternoon, got home and hydraulic hose was broken. Took it back Saturday morning for a different machine. Returned first thing Monday morning and asked about a small refund due to muck around, was told no as I wasn't ment to use it Friday anyway, and that it wasn't his fault that the hose was broken. I get that but told him he should do maintenance on his machines and check them before he hires them out.I would not recommend this business.

Do not use, machine is not available that was booked, get pos machine instead and charged the same.

Not the cheapest machinery hire and quite secretive about extra charges. Owner is rude and rips off customers by saying they damage machines when they don't.

Terrible service. Horrible new owners. Got a phone call saying that the machine was available to collect Friday arvo instead of Saturday morning returned it Monday morning then he demanded money for an extra day of hire. Was told they don't need my custom. Joke of a company. Never going back.
