Poor web page completely out of date, poor phone presentation you call the number and there is an automated answer who's voice says there is a new number and says it so FAST!!! That I had to call back 3 times to try and get it. When I finally got the number the automated answer said press 1 for reception or press 2 for service...HUH??? WHERE ARE SALES . Then I got given a mobile phone where I had to leave a message. Hopeless, and extremely hopeless for an IT company. No wonder they have had no reviews for the last 3 years. Vicom you were good. but you have gone the same way Dick Smith Electronics went. I am seriously thinking of placing my order with anyone but your company. Is anybody happy working there?

I recently purchased a Keithley DM6500 bench meter from Vicom New Zealand. Unfortunately it had been in stock a long time. The RTC battery was flat & could not be replaced without voiding the warranty. Vicom Australia became involved. They agreed to replace the unit with a new one, fresh of the production line with a full calibration certificate. As this took a few weeks, they sent me their demo unit to use in the meantime. I appreciate the team's excellent efforts to solve the problem.

Extremely bad customer service. I sent a splicer and cleaver in for a routine service. Finally I contacted them after two months it transpired not only had the service not been completed, they had lost a bolt from the cleaver making it useless. I was told my only option was to buy a new cleaver. Do not use this company, find a company with integrity.

Unable to support Bird products. I would give zero stars if I could. Have dealt with these muppets on and off for 20 years. Always disappointing. Poor/incorrect advice, dumb staff, 100% markup on material. Avoid.
