They can only do returns and exchanges Tuesday to Friday, and before 5pm on Thursday which is incredibly bad management.

I was excited to see an Ally Store open up so late at night, especially since I needed a skirt desperately for an event the day after. But when I drove out to this store there was no way to get in. The shopping centre itself had closed meaning that the store itself was also inaccessible and closed. Please update your times correctly so as not to have disappointed customers.

Staff never say hi" or ask if I need a hand. Shop is crowded so it's hard to shop with a pram. Change rooms are way too small. Their price has risen but quality has declined."

This store only caters for smaller ladies if your beyond a size 10 don’t bother shopping here beautiful clothes but unfortunately the sizes are smaller than the standard fit

Very bad customer service today 29/12/2018 at the Liverpool store. As I was paying for my pants the lady at the counter was being very rude, not only to me but other people who was paying before me too. I understand it’s a hectic time of the year and we spoke to her in a nice tone of voice but what ever it is she’s frustrated about she shouldn’t be putting it on the customers. We use our money to pay. I think these types of people shouldn’t be employed to serve customers. I work with people and we are trained not to be rude and not to talk back to customers. Ally Fashion please train ure staff to have manners. As I read most of ure reviews there’s so many complaints about staff u employ in every different stores.

I visited the store and received no help I asked the workers about a chocolate brown top if they had it in stock and they fell to the floor laughing at me.I wish my enquiry was taken seriously rather than as a joke.later when I went to look for jeans I had to dig through a pit of jeans to find ones I liked it was so disorganised my heart rate went up on my Fitbit.When It came to paying for my items every single item had the tag still left on it so when I went through the door it started to beep that’s when the manager ran after me basically tackled me to the ground and accused me of stealing.Overall not a fun experience !!!
