Useless communication and reply skills. Not even remotely interested in sorting ANY issues after they get your money. Service dept never call back, never answer the phone. Wouldn't buy a dead tree from them.

Efficient, friendly and helpful staff at Toowoomba Kia make booking in and servicing the car a breeze.Its proximity to the centre of town is also a bonus, as it's only a 15min walk to Grand Central Shopping Centre for some retail and cafe therapy.The waiting area at the dealership itself however is super comfy and well equipped with coffee and cookies if you'd rather hang around and wait.Early morning car drop off is always busy, but the process is pain free, with plenty of staff on deck to handle the workflow efficiently.Always a positive experience :)
