I Have nothing but praise for Chris and the team at GT Air. We recently had a ducted system installed and Chris was able to both quote and install inside the space of a month. When Chris arrived to do the quote he was professional and answered all of my questions and offered plenty of advice and options for us. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured to purchase and when we received the quote, we were given multiple options to choose from that were clearly itemized and fairly priced. On the day of the install, the tradesmen were friendly, professional and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house tidy. The air-conditioner is quiet and works fantastically and the upgraded screen and filter were worth the extra expense. I would have no problems recommending Chris and GT Air to anyone who is looking for an install done on their property.

Thank you to magnificent service from Kristy and the fantastic team at GT Air. Kristy was amazing with her knowledge and professionalism of what type and size of unit that I needed. Chris was the installer and arrived on time, made sure everything was done perfectly and even cleaned up everything before he left! I can’t thank the GT Air Team enough for looking after me. GT Air installed 4 individual split unit Air Conditioner systems and upgraded our Meter Supply at the same time, which involved in moving and rewiring the box - at a fixed cost. Originally quoted 2 days, they arrived on time each day and due to the tight space they were working in under the house, had to come back for a 3rd day to complete the work at no extra cost. The guys were friendly, polite and best of all the units look great. GT Air is reliable, well priced and local. Highly recommend them to other Ipswich customers.

We got GT Air to quote on replacement of our old no longer working ducted air-con system and right from the start Chris was extremely thorough and knowledgable on how we could get the best outcome to cool our large home. Communication was also extremely good and once we had settled on the price which we thought was competitive we booked installation in. Installation went very smooth and by the end of the day we had an extremely good air-con system that made the house ice cold. We will definitely use GT Air in the future for any maintenace or new install that we need.

My home Ducted AC broke down and i contacted Chris from GT Air and was pleasently surprised at how efficient and fantastic they are. i have always used them for the servicing of my old system, however their workmanship and customer service is brilliant. As a family owned business its vital to have good, efficient workers like Callum and crew. I have engaged GT Air on 4 occasions to install split system airconditioners, and to make repairs after other renovation works on our property impacted the units. On every occasion they have been on their game! Very professional, very personable, and extremely competent in their work. We have referred them widely, with two of our family and friends having also engaged the team at GT Air, and expressed they were also very happy with the work done.

GT Air are absolute professionals, both with their knowledge of different types of air conditioning and their ability to cater for all budgets. The instal was very well done and they cleaned up behind them (very rare with electricians)I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for all my air conditioning requirements.Good work guys.
