Had an insurance job on my 1997 Celica front bar. Came up great, like new, and cant even tell it has been sprayed, blended with the bonnet and front fenders. A bit of a wait, but found out that it was parts that were hard to come by. So very understandable. Great staff, friendly, and informative.10/10 in my books.Before and after photos :)

JJ Smash replaced the rear panel on my Veloster, they colour matched it perfect and it looks brand new! Staff were always friendly and the dogs are very cute. They also gave my car a well needed clean as well as touching up some minor things. 100% recommend using JJ Performance Smash Repairs.

I’ve used JJ Performance several times now over the past few years. They are fantastic and always get your car fixed quickly and back on the road. Your first point of contact Michelle and Darrell are excellent and do all they can to get you sorted when every other company just messes you around. Don’t go anywhere else!

SECOND EDIT:Due to leaving this review this business withheld our car, only releasing it after the insurance company had to get involved AGAIN! We finally received our car back AFTER 9 WEEKS and not only was our air conditioning now not working, the car is constantly making a beeping noise. We have been to another mechanic who have advised us to update the ombudsman but also seek legal action. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!EDIT:This business is trying to claim that this review is for the wrong business - it isn’t the wrong business. This is how incompetent they are - they don’t even know their clients. We have updated this review to include we have started an investigation with the local ombudsmen.___________If you would like your car fixed honestly and properly do NOT use this business. This business have attempted to charge almost 3 times the amount another mechanic quoted, despite not picking up on the majority of issues with the car that the original quoting mechanic picked up on. We had to use this company due to insurance reasons and despite another TWO mechanics relating the issues with the boot not opening due to the accident, this business claimed the boot now no longer opening had nothing to do with the accident - despite the boot being full of luggage from the trip we had been on when the accident occurred. THEN this business claimed that the convertible roof “was also not working” and roof/boot issues are a “well known issue with this car”. Really? Actually boys the cars roof CANNOT be opened unless the curtain cover (located in the boot) is pulled across and fixed into place. THAT is actually a well known FUNCTION with this car, NOT a well known ISSUE with it. The roof can’t retract if you can’t access that curtain cover in the boot.After this business telling the insurance company that the boot was not part of the damage from the accident they THEN contacted us privately and told us if we wanted the boot fixed we would have to pay them an additional $1000 approx. Suffice to say we have noted our concerns of honesty and integrity with the insurance company AND department of fair trading. Absolutely under no circumstances use this business if you’re looking for honesty, integrity and knowledge. We are so disappointed to feel so taken advantage of however hopefully this review serves to warn people away from similar situations.
