Awesome chick that served me. I nearly died when I paid 20 bucks for a bar of soap. It does smell decadent. Hopefully I will be back as it was my very first purchase from there.

I have very little interest in what Lush sells. However, I learnt a lot about their organic products and ethically sourced ingredients when a staff saw me standing idle while my partner shopped. This staff member walked me through the product line, their strengths, history of the organisation and how it came in existence. The good thing is that this store is adequately staffed and all customers get served well.The aroma inside the store is amazing and explains why my partner insists on using Lush.

Visited this morning to purchase products but all the TWO staff were too busy to take care of just one customer who was purchasing lots, and they seemed to treat us as if not such important customers. They didn’t even give a look at us nor ask to allow them some time when I approached, so there was nothing we could do but wait until they’re available. Finally when a staff saw us and came to me, I asked the product I was buying and she said they don’t have. No apologies for no stock or waiting more than 10 mins standing there for nothing. I’ve been regularly visiting these branch to purchase products but never seen this kind of poor customer service ever. The staff should learn how to provide customer service properly if she works in this field regardless how much a customer spends.

Love the staff in this store! They always make coming in worth the visit to chadstone. Piper & Nu are always so kind and helpful with answering all of my questions. Definitely the best lush store in Melbourne :)

Came here to get cookie dough lip scrub and it was about the only item they didn't have in stock. The sales guy was really lovely and apologetic and advised that they would probably be getting stock the next day or I could purchase the item online. Gorgeous gift packs and amazing soaps which you buy by weight. I recommend rockstar if you like a sweet, candy and vanilla smell. I would definitely shop here again.

Had the best experience with the lovely young woman with dark curly hair working at about 11am on the 26/2/22. The most wonderful customer service I’ve ever encountered, incredibly friendly and helpful, will be coming back just to be served by her again :)
