Our new home air con was not performing correctly and in all areas. Sent them an email as it was during the end-of-year break. Received an email reply on the morning of their first day back at work with some instructions on cleaning the filters and a reset. This did not fix it so sent them another email to which they replied with details of a tech visit the following afternoon. The tech, Trent, send a text message advising of his arrival time. He promptly fixed the fault and tested the system. I am very impressed with the service from Hallidays.

Thanking Frank Casamento who provided the quote and promised to have the Cooling fitted before Christmas. The Trades People, Sonny and Danny from Hallidays arrived early and worked well to fit our cooling. They created a minimum of disruption and finished the job well within the time they said it would be completed. Clearing all the leftover bits and pieces as they went along. Highly recommend their services to anyone wishing to have cooling installed in their premises

I'm a new home owner and the heating system wasn't working at all. The panel was showing some error message I couldn't decipher. It was quite cold in Melbourne this Monday.Elise was really quick in troubleshooting the problem and guided me over the phone about restarting the heating system by first shutting down and restarting the main switch. It really worked and I didn't end up going to bed in such a cold and wet weather !!Thanks Elise

Terrible experience with Hallidays. Installed a Bonaire evaporative cooling unit that was very noisy. 6 months on and there is still an unacceptable level of noise and threats of legal action from them. Avoid doing business with them.

Poor customer service. Took a long time for installation of my split system and once done they did not have any thing to do with you if you have any issue. Would not recommend them.

They installed a gas ducted heater at my house at the beginning of the year and 8 months later after a brief power outage it's not working. I called them to get it fixed but they just hand balled it over to Braemar it's now been 5 days since the heater stopped working and nobody come or called. I called hallidays today and they just hung up.

Shocking company to deal with. Installation of top-of-range system left our home in a diabolical state - holes drilled into ceiling in incorrect locations, outlet vents not even square, mess and rubbish left everywhere. System was not designed correctly to get sale then needed to be updated before it would work correctly. For an installation company they do an absolutely terrible job. Residential and commercial customers should avoid at all costs. Install done June 2016.

Stay away, shocking company to deal with. Poor installation with zones not wired up, and our very expensive A/C unit not working correctly. Contacted Halliday's about an issue 5 weeks ago and have had no response to fix. There inexperienced installers have no knowledge of the A/C units they install, And Hallidays management were rude and unhelpful when I rang to discuss the issues I was having with my A/C unit, they were just dismissed, and told that's just how it is.

We cannot thank the Ramsy( I am unsure if the name was spelled correctly). He has been absolutely professional about the work he has completed but also he has communicated to us at each step as well as he has communicated to the builder as well.
