Usually RVC are good with pets. But I was there last week as my dog had rapid breathing and heart rate. We went into the appointment and left with no answers, despite insisting that something is wrong with the dog, the doctor treated it as just another 15 minute appointment and wasn't interested in understanding what the actual issue was. No tests were taken and my dog was sent home. Later that night, my dog had to be put in ICU as his oxygen levels were below normal and he had aspiration pneumonia. Had he recieved the right care when we were there that morning, we might have been able to avoid that.We go to vets because we believe that they have the knowledge and the skillset to help our pets but I didn't get any of that from my last visit. I will actively try and avoid going back or at the very least avoid the same doctor as last time.

We took Harry here for a wash and nail clip before his birthday party and he came back looking amazing! We would highly recommend their service to everyone, Harry came back looking good and was one very happy pug.

Be careful with this clinic - they would charge you extra $$$ while your pet is in their hands on the operation date. I paid double for a procedure v.s. other vets in the neighbourhood. Worse than that, I was not advised the procedure could be postponed, which would be safer for pets.

Bad experience with my dog! After consultation for having soft stool, and paying hefty consultation and a medicine fees the case did not improve at all. Then, for some reason they called me to bring my dog back for recheck and the vet did nothing more than the first vet did charging me another consultation fees just to repeat the expensive useless supplement! I hence collected a stool sample and delivered it for pathology and they said will do it, then next day and day after they keep calling me to pay first before it is sent to pathology although I said I will pay on my next visit! They care about money and money only.

Rip Off. They don’t give you the right advice and prescription the first time so you can keep going back to them for repeat business. They charge 4 times for the medicine compared to Vet Pharmacy prices. What is even more arrogant is that if you require a prescription and not buy your medication from them, you have to pay $25 extra to get the prescription. A creative way to charge for prescription when it should be part of their ridiculous unregulated consult fee.

The staff are wonderful and caring for your fur babies - especially in being accommodating with our fifteen year old german shepherd cross golden retriever Misty, who, as a rescue pet, can be a bit anxious around other dogs.

this has been the best veterinary clinic we have ever been to and have been with then for nearly 15 years. all the staff are always so accommodating and willing to go that extra mile and are not judgemental like some other practises we were at prior to Ryde

Dr Jenny has been taking care of my kitty baby boy" with care & professionalism and her "nurse" staff is also caring (I should have asked her name). My adopted baby boy had problem with rotten teeth. I have annual jabs booked every year. Highly recommended!"

Went in to microchip our kitten. Vet puts our kitten at ease and all was done swiftly and professionally. Very happy with service and this will be our go to vet for the future.

First time visit for our anxious dog and Jenny (vet) was amazing with him. Jenny took the time to calm him and gain his confidence before preforming a very thorough assessment. Jenny explained in depth the process for treatment and even took the time to demonstrate for us at home. This is an amazing veterinary practice. Highly recommend.
