Compliant Learning Resources

We were looking for a reputable supplier of Learning Resources for our AUR qualifications. After searching for local suppliers, I found that Christian form Compliant Learning Resources to not only be extremely knowledgeable, but his dedication to extremely high level of customer service was outstanding. His communication was not focused on getting the sale, but to ensure that I was fully informed on the product, and the service that was available. All in all, we could have chosen any supplier of learning resources, but we chose CLR for the service first and then the product. Will certainly be recommending !!!

Poor experience. I had a course date set for delivery which was agreed on by the sales team at Compliance Learning Resources.The course date is now 4 months overdue and the resources are STILL not completed. They are vague with your dates and time and the content is really average. I asked a refund and they just ignored it and kept talking about new dates.Reason for 2 starts: Mapping is good, communication is okay.NEVER USING THEM AGAIN

I think the resources from Compliant Learning are excellent. The assessments address the assessment requirements and criteria. They are easy to read and customise and have easy to follow instructions. The learning material is comprehensive, but to the point. I have used Compliant Learning resources for Business, Community Services, Financial Services and Travel. I find the customer service excellent and the response time to emails is practically immediate. I have very good relationship with the team, especially Anthony, who is very supportive. We will continue to purchase the resources, as they are high quality, reasonably priced and the customer service is friendly and efficient

I am very happy with the service, over the phone and via video conferencing I was given the information I needed and able to view an example of the products. Once I got the quote and the invoice was paid the assessment documents were delivered within 5 days.I had a quick response to my emails. I am still waiting for a few validation certificates and reports, I have not yet received a response to the enquiry about that. I am also still waiting for 3 RPL kits, although I was informed they could take up to 3months. Overall, the kits are comprehensive and while I have not yet examined all of them, at a quick glance through they look to be good. Thank you.

We have recently purchased Compliant Learning Resources for our Graduate Diploma courses. The learning resources and assessments are of high quality and mapped thoroughly to the training packages that saved a lots of time for us in doing the contextualisation. It will be good if the resources include a session plan for the unit of competency as well. Their Sales and Support teams are professional and responded to queries promptly.
