Incredible customer service from the receptionists, they are always so lovely and friendly to chat with. My doctor there is also very welcoming, professional and caring. appointments are always on time. I highly recommend this practice as they go above and beyond to help out making you feel valued/looked after. I’m so happy I discovered this medical centre close to home.

I can’t recommend Walid enough as a GP. He goes above and beyond, he thoroughly listens, cares and I feel so supported by him as a doctor and all the staff that work there. Walid has truly helped me with my women’s health journey, which can seem daunting as a woman to talk to a male about these things but he is very passionate about helping without any judgement. He holds a very welcoming and caring environment. I’ve seen doctors for years trying to uncover my menstrual pains and it was after seeing Walid that he recommended me medication to reduce my pains quickly (this has been a life saver) and recommended me to a gyno that together they uncovered the root of my problems being adenomyosis.Ive also been seeing Walid for Botox for a few years now and he is the best I’ve been to. I’ve been to Walid multiple times for cosmetic procedures, after going to other cosmetic clinics around brisbane CBD for close to 8 years. Walid is super knowledgeable and redid my lips after I had filler done by a nurse incorrectly. Everything he’s done is extremely natural looking and to a very high standard, I have more trust in him being a qualified medical professional. Every injector I’ve been to did the same thing each time, Walid did it to a standard I’ve never had before & the results were amazing. Very happy & will continue to return for cosmetic procedures.

Dr Walid and Beautiphi was recommended by a friend. I absolutelly recommend the practice. In his role as a GP, Dr. Al-Bermani is extremely proficient, capable, and diligent where it comes to the medical care of his patients, and always respectful. The staff are great too.
