The worse experience I ever had. Never recommend. I went to fix my lawn mower issue with start pull cord. Got back fixed for $85 and tried it. For the second pull it got struck with the similar fault before. Given the machine for repair again. After 5 days one technician called and told me several parts are broken inside and the start chord got broken due to my negligence of use. I asked wether they found these issues during the first time !! They said I was asked to fix the start chord only!! Even second time also I had given the machine for the same issue and they came up with a fix that costs me additional $192 !!! Total costs thus gets $277 !! I have expressed my disappointment and collected my Machine back without fixed hence I avoided a third time drama !!! Terrible terrible service… stay away from independent mowers and prompt service.

Do your bank acc a favour and avoid this place, was charged $191 to put a carby kit through a 5 year old barely used stihl whipper snipper, carby wasn’t replaced the existing was repaired. Toongabbie mowers do the same job for half the money. Service in this place is also terrible, stood there for nearly 30mins waiting to collect. Much better and cheaper places in the local area than these extortionists

Gotta love Herbie! Great service and he helped organize a birthday gift surprise for a family member. Worked hard to get us the best price for the selected mower. Highly recommended!

Purchased here a few times now and the stuffs are super helpful, also demonstrates to me how to use the machine and maintaining it. Will be back again.

1 star is too much for here. they take my machine over 4 weeks for repair, but they tell me to wait more then 2 weeks more. Cant wait that long so i want it back with out repair. they charge me technician fees.Thats non sense.

Herbie’s customer service is second to none. Had all the time to explain the ins and outs. What a top bloke. Can’t go wrong with this place
