We were most impressed by the amazing floral arrangement that Lou, the owner, was able to organise for us when we visited her shop. It was simply stunning. We simply described the personality of the person for whom the flowers were and, in no time, Lou materialised it with such an artistic and unique flair. Her warm and gregarious nature were also such a treat : we will most definitely be back!

We hired Lou to do our flowers for our wedding and she was absolutely incredible from the very start. I knew she was the perfect florist for us when we received our very personalised quote, the effort and detail she put in the quote (unlike the many generic quotes from other companies) made us feel she really cared about our styling and floral choices. Lou was super friendly and helpful through the whole process and has an incredible eye for styling. Our flowers on the day were even better than what I had anticipated and lasted much longer than I thought (I still have the flowers in vases a week later). I would highly recommend Lou at Hydy Flowers for an events of special occasions. I will definitely be coming back to purchase her gorgeous floral arrangements very soon!

Lou at Hydy did the flowers for our wedding and we were so happy with everything.She went above and beyond for every step of the process. Lou at Hydy is the ABSOLUTE BEST florist, she did our wedding in February and the flowers were incredible, I LOVED them and can’t get over how amazing they looked! After seeing a few weddings of friends of friends that had all their florals done by Hydy to lock them in for our big day. Like many others around us we endured x2 postponements due to covid & then the Feb/March 2022 floods. Through out whole 18 months of planning Lou was so patient & understanding. After confirming what I wanted & then receiving our concept & quote, I was so excited for the day to come. I knew it was going to be beautiful. The one thing I loved was that I had an idea of what our florals looked like but seeing the real deal was better then I could could ever of imagined. Our bouquets were so stunning & complimented all of our gowns absolutely perfectly. I have a little video actually that was sent to me by my MIL & you can hear me saying ‘oh wow’ once I get down the end of the aisle- it wasn’t my husband that wowed me but the floral arrangements at the end of the aisle- it was perfect. Seeing the floral arrangements was one of the many highlights of my day. We received so many compliments from family & friends on how stunning & how beautiful the flowers were.
