Victoria Park Nursing Home & Hostel - Southern Cross Care WA

The administration have gone out of their way to bundle a Care Package in lieu of my declining health. It surpasses my belief of Goodwill where I feel I need to do more before, my time arrives. I would love to see the Victoria Park Nursing Home be supported both by local artists & Investors, there are old building materials which create flooding nearby electrical conduits, these in themselves pose a safety risk to the RN's who care for 52 in-house patients nightly. I have put feelers out in the wider community like the #BLOCK in Sydney. If we can raise the bar and prove to the International Building Code Of Ethics & provide safer, more lasting materials that will be sustainable without defect, this nursing home will reflect a carbon copy of good building standards, local suppliers & builders can be proud of. One good Idea can help the Frail and Aged sleep better, safer at night, knowing full too well their Investment is secure, as they also enjoy their paid Aged Care Plan. Once Kalgoorlie nursing homes have been renovated with new materials to replace Old with New, Southern Cross Hospital then Merriden, would be a worthy consideration for external funding. There are a huge amount of both country & rural outlets that are in need of renovations, if funding could be raised Australia-Wide, Imagine the impact and building standards we could project to the World. Do you remember Steve Sutton's dream of building a #CancerFund #TCT ? My dream is to better safeguard and protect the Frail & aged, independent of the Malcolm Turnbull Portfolio. It would involve local and Interstate Investors who might consider helping the real taxpayers of yesteryear, the founders who not only pioneered aspects of Australia n Heritage, but we're willing to forgo hardships in their lifetime, to provide good frameworks and standards for all Australians irrespective of assets. Can we as a Nation, at least find common ground to pay forward a Plan Of Action, which might otherwise give our building code International Recognition in par to Dubai & the UAE.
