Are you looking for a venue with classic charm and a rich history? :) This is the place then!I recently had the opportunity to capture an afterparty there and let me tell you, it was a hit. The warm and inviting atmosphere, the timeless appeal of the venue, combined with the friendly and accommodating staff, everything was just 10/10!As a wedding photographer, I appreciate a venue that has a 'style', this pub definitely did just that. Highly recommend checking it out for your next event!

Great destination pub. Lovely atmosphere from walking in the front door and lovely and warm (but not stifling). Staff were genuinely welcoming and friendly. Food and service equally good. Looking forward to going back to sit outside as the outdoor area looked beautiful.

Unreal country pub. Staff were all lovely and the bourbon ribs and garlic bread were some of the best I've ever had. Just too good. Great portion sizes too, and above all there's cold beer.Prices are getting up there for a country pub but honestly worth every cent you'll spend.Can't go wrong here.Support local.

Such an amazing and unique place. Been coming here for over 6 years and not once has the Pig and Whistle disappointed. The food is so, so good and so is the service. It’s also very nice to have hospitality that treats you like their family and makes you feel welcome.They not only do the best parma’s - they are tender, juicy and crispy - but also a sticky date that is to die for.You don’t know what you’re missing out on.

I recently visited this beautiful old pub with a lot of history and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the decor really transported me back in time. The staff were friendly and welcoming.But what really stole the show was the food. From start to finish, every dish was expertly prepared and absolutely delicious.Overall, I would highly recommend this pub to anyone looking for a great meal in a beautiful setting. The history and atmosphere add to the charm of the place, but it's the food that really sets it apart. So if you're in the area, make sure to stop by and give it a try - you won't be disappointed!

Country pub hospitality with diverse range of meals and drinks. Chicken schnitty cooked just right, with generous chips and salad. Pappardelle el funghi was awesome, big chunky tasty mushrooms! Washed down with a yummy ginger beer. Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, nice classic pub lunch experience - thanks!
