Thanks to the Sheree and the team at Budget self pack containers I was able to receive my items from Horsham Victoria and have them delivered to the Pilbara in WA promptly before the sale of my home. They were accommodating with time pressures, generous with supply of resources and well priced. So good in fact this is my second time coming back- other companies never even got back to me so; I will be going straight back should I ever have to do a big move again. I had a great experience from start to finish with Budget self pack containers. Our quote for a container to move our belongings from WA to VIC came in cheaper than their competitors and included a lot of extra’s that made the move that much easier such as a moving trolley, 10 moving boxes and furniture blankets to protect everything. Originally we dealt with Clarke who was amazing, he was exceptionally polite, easy to deal with and very quick with his communication. The drivers that came to drop and pick up the container were great to deal with, arrived on time and even gave us a call ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. Moving is such a stressful time but budget made it that little bit less stressful and easy to coordinate. If we move again we will absolutely be using them again.

We decided to engage Budget Self Pack for our move from Melbourne to Perth and we were very pleased with the whole process. Their quote was clear & straight forward with no hidden cost. Granted we did pack everything ourselves but with their days to pack/unpack, it allowed us time to decide what stays and what to trash. I dealt with Clarke for the most part, he was always upfront, honest, informative, punctual and helpful.  Very accommodating with our changing plans and he got out container dropped off to the exact hour, on the day we needed it. Would definitely recommend!

I called every self pack service that could service a move from Brisbane to Ballarat. Budget Self Pack provided the best value for money and the most security. Clarke was great, and accurately answered every question that I had regarding pickup and delivery times, container construction, rigging points, internal dimensions. Despite the company name, the service is top notch and very smoothly run. Will definitely use them again.
