Very professional. Great advice

It was only a small job I had, and I suspect probably a nuisance for WA External Solutions, but they made me feel important all the same and got the job done quickly and efficiently.I have no hesitation recommending WA External Solutions.

These guys are the roofing experts, great people to deal with.

Replaced complete roof, have had Leaks since job finished,when asked to fix problem I was told not there responsibility as my house slopes .Got to be the biggest load of rubbish I have ever heard, so in summary after they get paid they don't want to know,be wary when considering them for work.

WA External Solutions refurbished my tile roof for me late last year, replacing a number of cracked tiles and repainting the roof. They did a fantastic job and the customer service was excellent, with my queries being answered promptly. I would highly recommend!

We first contacted them in May 2022 to repair some guttering at our business. We got a quote and paid a deposit, but they delayed the job multiple times until finally they said they would come and fit the gutters in December. They turned up and didn't have the right tools to do the job, then delayed twice more until booking the job for mid January. They didn't turn up again, and when we complained we were told the team had been sent to a different job and we would be delayed again. At this point we cancelled the job. Management didn't seem to care.

Down pipe joints leaking resulting in flashing being flooded with ceiling-roof water damage - Company unresponsive using blame shifting - Managed to get them out once - sorted 99% of issues but still more joints leaking that they simply brush off - Used to recommend them, but now I urge people to stay away from them as they dont own up to poor workmanship other than asking for more $

Came and did emergency fix same day as requested. Fantastic service
