Our first experience of Strata living has at times been somewhat stressful - a new build with various (serious) defects and incomplete requirements.Vincent’s knowledge is extensive and his ability to prioritise problems and then steer us to the appropriate solutions (in a systematic way) has been very reassuring. What a relief it has been to have Vincent and Project Guides on board.

We have a water leakage issue to solve and our strata has hired this company for guiding the project. It took more than 2 years and it still has not been fixed. The project remains low completeness at the testing stage only, no actual remediation work has been done to fix the leakage. The efficiency of this company is low. Eventually our strata has to get rid of this company.

Vincent and his team have been a pleasure to work with. We engaged project guides to assist us in rectifying a significant amount of fire/building defects for our complex of over 130 units. The processes and methods of project management that Vincent and his team use are effective and allow for clear and consistent communication. With an industry that is notorious for cowboys and time wasters it has been refreshing to be working with Vincent and his team. I highly recommend them.

Vincent from Project Guides has been so helpful in navigating our Strata Committee in obtaining an updated Annual Fire Safety Statement for our old retail/commercial building in Sydney. He has been effective in communicating with Council and liaising with Fire companies, planning our fire services upgrade within a reasonable time frame. I highly recommend Vincent.
