Extremely rude. I asked for cases in my model he was dismissive and barely even looked in my general direction even though no other customers present. When I asked for a specific case he waved me away and said 'go online'. I understand that he didn't have what I wanted but there really is no reason to be so rude.

Purchased a screen protector there less then 2 weeks ago and I've had problems ever since.My finger print doesn't work though it and today it's just popped straight off! Now I will have to replace it again! Definitely not going back!

The attention to detail when putting screen protectors on was amazing. She stood there for a few good minutes ensuring there was no dust or marksbefore sticking it down.

Needed a new phone cover, for my sister, only had the cover. Gentleman was very helpful, was able to accommodate, was happy for me to return if didn't fit.

Welcome to caseway Lavington a lovely store located in the north of aulbry where all your case needs are meet, I found this particular visit rather urgent as I had purchased a new Huawei p30 and cases are Jared to find only caseway Lavington stocks them, so I drove up to Lavington Albury and got myself one, thanks alot guys.

Very disappointed in the after sales service. I purchased an iPad cover on 22December 20. Noticed the piping edge coming away. Went to causeway and the guy told me to cello tape it. This case was purchased less than a month ago. Then he said I must have dropped it. Or it’s the way I put it in my bag. Finally after raised voices he reluctantly replaced it. Bit of a temper slamming the door to the cabinet. Ripped off the plastic cover and virtually threw the case on the counter for me to fit my iPad into the case.I definitely will not shop here in the future.

I have purchased items at this store before and the products & service were great. However I went there today to get a screen protector for my phone and the male shop assistant was rude & useless. He didn’t have one & didn’t offer to get one. Just said haven't got one"

Got a new phone screen protector it's faulty and lifting fitted in store DO NOT USE THE STORE THEY WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE... SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMWHERE ELSE!!!! .... NEGATIVE 10 RATING
