Terry is a lovely professional. I rang on Friday, he arrived on Monday as discussed. Friendly and knowledgeable chap, explained what he was doing and why the fault occurred. He made friends with my kelpie who wanted to eat him on arrival! I'll cal him again when I need my couch cleaning; nice to have someone back you can trust.
