DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!After going back and forth with prompt replies about the design etc of our bedframe in Oct 2022, I made the purchase early Dec 2022.After making the purchase, replies started dropping, excuses started coming in that the owner was sick, they are very busy etc etc. Fast forward to early April 2023, after numerous emails and calls on my behalf i received a drawing with the wrong measurements after complaining numerous times and requesting a refund.I called so many times and emailed so many times and was ignored. I finally got an email from the owner, Alex - who gave a big sob story.I advised that if they didnt refund me i would take it to the news to warn others and call my bank to start the process of a fraud claim.11th April i receive an email advising my order has been cancelled and a few days later received my refund.Honestly, just dont do it to yourself.

Ordered a bedrame early Jan that was not custom and marked as in stock so was estimated to have a 2-7 business day dispatch. It is now late Jan well past the 7 day dispatch estimate and no order update or dispatch notice. Multiple attempts have been made to confirm the status of the order but the only information received was Seeking update on your order as was marked last stock." Disappointed as this interaction was prompted by me with little to no information as to the whereabouts of our bed frame. The poor information provided does not give much confidence that the order will be fulfilled in a reasonable time as promised."

Scammers. Do not buy from them. Ordered a non custom bed in November with a 5 week turn around. It is now April and we have not received our bed. We have contacted the seller multiple times only to be ignored and lied to about when they will get back to us. We want a refund.

Purchased a bed frame early March and was told to expect it to arrive in 2-3 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks and still no bed. What started off as an exciting purchase has now turned into an absolute nightmare.Since the 3rd week I’ve been given constant excuses such as “the delivery truck had a tyre problem” or “the bed fabric got damaged in delivery so we’re waiting on new fabric to repair the bed” or “the manufacturer is sick so we’ll get back to you”. This has been going on for 3 weeks and I’ve received no updates since and just been told “we’ll get back to you” and no one gets back to you. They’re trying yo implement new systems to make their service better but the I’ve booked multiple appointments thru their phone booking system yo try n talk to someone to get an actual timeframe so I can set a realistic expectation for delivery on my order but they simply don’t even call you when the phone appointment is arranged.Overall it seems this company has just bit off a lot more than it can chew and while I sympathise I wouldn’t not trust them to deliver on any promises again.Will prob be asking for my money back and going elsewhere. Would not recommend.Will update if there’s anything worth updating.

The products look great and customisable, but their service is so bad. I have failed to even get a price or a suitable response to basic questions in over a month despite many emails and texts. I was quite hopeful that they could offer what I wanted. I have had multiple attempts to contact them and the only response after badgering them is an apology for not responding sooner but still no answers to my product questions and still no pricing for the very clear configuration I asked for.I have placed orders on their site for fabric samples and still nothing after a month, no samples and no confirmation. I have asked about this in email which I know they have received but they fail to answer my basic questions in the email.Now having read the reviews from others who have ordered stock items and I can see that this is a pattern.How they are in business is a mystery.

My wife ordered a king bed frame from this business and we haven't received it nor have we received any updates about when it will arrive. They have not provided any response to emails other than to say they will get back to us within 2 - 4 days but then they don't email thereafter. We understand if items are delayed but if this is the case at least let the customer know. Unfortunately we will have to try to get our money back from the bank. I strongly recommend against buying from this business.

We ordered a custom bed late October. We were told it would take 5 - 10 weeks. Then mid December. Then ‘You will have it by the 10th Feb’. It is now 18 weeks and we have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor and are past even wanting this bed now and have requested a full refund which they guarantee. However we keep getting promises that are not fulfilled - like we will call you. They don’t. They have never called us or initiated any contact. ‘We will message you tomorrow, they don’t.’ We have had a little contact via text but it is unreliable. ‘We will email you confirmation of your refund.’ They don’t - and even use the excuse ‘Oh we had another email address’ which is rubbish. There has never been another email address. We just want our money back as we have another local bed we can just pickup and no longer sleep on the floor. It hurts me to post about a small business this way, however I feel the need to protect others. We are worried this is a scam. We just want our $2399 back which they ironically were able to take immediately and efficiently.

Ordered a bed at the start of August 2022 and I’m still waiting. I have made innumerable enquires and tried the recently added phone contact last week. If you nominate after sales service, you are directed to an offshore call centre and told they will call you back that day. They don’t. Instead, you are emailed an appointment time for a phone call then nobody calls. I tried this twice last week and added that I wanted a status update on the custom bed I ordered as well as an ETA. After two call appointment times, Alex texted me on Saturday and said “I’m getting it sorted this weekend for you”. I reply texted asking if it had been built or dispatched and as expected, was ignored. I’m not sure if the good reviews for this company are genuine but I have been systematically ignored or given the run around for almost eight months now and note they seem to be much more proactive in responding to public criticism than customer enquires.

I’m a big believer in the importance of supporting local companies. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. Great service up until they received our money, from there just a pure nightmare. Bed got delivered without a warning (we were away on holidays), and does not match our measurements in the slightest. Paid extra to get it set up, which obviously did not happen. Once we arrived after our holiday tried to get in contact with them straight away. Now, 4 months & multiple calls and emails later we are left with an unfinished bed, that does not even fit our mattress. Paid almost $3,000 for nothing. Do yourself a favour an invest a little bit more into a bed from a company which knows what they are doing. Again, I really wanted to support these guys, yet was left with disappointment & regret.

We ordered a green velvet king bed frame (with bed head). Ordering online without having seen the products was stressful, but this company was the only store that offered exactly what we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the materials used, and the bed itself is obviously made to a high standard. It was well worth the wait and we are very happy with the product. I would recommend this company to friends and family for sure!
