Parent company of Gallery Homes, check their Google reviews as well if building with them as a lot of these reviews may be related to their other bodies. Also a lot of these reviews after analysis all seem to include certain keywords and trends which indicate either they may not be “organic” in nature or are flat out fake. Form your own opinions though.New home build during a very difficult time for all involved. I’m a very understanding person but a clear lack in communication, professionalism and transparency caused some major issues.Unfortunately there are no regulating bodies who assist consumers with these matters and QBCC only look at build quality/defects. They have no authority and don’t get involved if you aren’t getting what’s on your contract, you need to fund legal representation to take this up yourself.At the end of the day you will be threatened for withholding payment if items you have contractually agreed to haven’t been completed and while paying rent + a mortgage this will be difficult (Especially when delayed 4-5 months).This is all while your house has reached certification to inhabit but the insulation in the roof hasn’t been installed yet. This is just ONE example of an outstanding item which they didn’t have to complete but I was told I had to pay them so I could move in prior to being completed or else owe them interest.If you have any experience similar to mine and many others who have used this builder, ensure that you have legal representation on a retainer from the start as it’s going to be needed if you want anything done in regards to a follow through on your contract.3 months after moving in and not ONE item which was advised in person by the supervisor or in an email has been actioned or followed up.Issues that were raised by multiple independent inspections have now come back to bite and given the response when initially raised back then, the quality and workmanship of the build I would be very hesitant to have them touch anything here again anyway.Needless to say, I started the process with them a while back now prior to the majority of these reviews being left here but I wish I had of known what I do now back then. It’s desperate times for all especially when building your first new home, the last thing that should be happening is being taken advantage of or pressured into things which are to your detriment.When a company reputation reaches a certain low and there is no regulating body to protect against bad players this is what you get, there is no longer any care about tarnishing any further as you’re at rock bottom.I was hesitant to leave a review in the end because I think they might know where I live, but I think if it helps one other I’ve done my duty.

The service from Gallery Homes was impeccable, from start to finish their processing was seamless. Stage by stage we were updated with clear and simple to understand information with their client portal, which made updates simple. We gained an independent inspection which detailed the home to be of a high standard. Well done Gallery Homes.

Would not recommend... Had them out twice to fix a fence, twice for a dodgy render job on the front of the house, 3 time to sort it dodgy plastering and painting on the ceiling... Not to mention they moved power points and light switches from the original plan... Then when asked they basically said it it what it it... And the project manager was useless and tried to come up with every excuse under the sun to get out of repairs...

Every person that I have dealt with at Gallery has been wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and for someone who has never built a home before they made us feel comfortable and explained everything so we could understand. We were constantly updated which made us confident in putting our trust in them. Looking forward to a continuing relationship in the future Thankyou ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gallery Homes built a high quality product. Throughout the building process I was kept informed and I received regular communications, updates and photos. The build was to schedule and there were no unwanted surprises. I would certainly recommend Gallery Homes for anyone considering building in Brisbane.

Working with Gallery Homes on my new home has been a great experience. All my questions were answered promptly and the end result was so beautiful. The colour combinations just work so well together. We built a Gallery home whilst living interstate and not once was it an issue. The staff are professional and efficient. The portal provided us with photo updates and everything was completed on time. The finished house is beautiful! We are very pleased with the overall results and our experience with Gallery Homes.

Gallery Homes built our house without our active involvement. Only saw our build after our request to see it almost at PCI stage. Definitely get an independent inspector with this builder!! Had to write a report to QBCC the number of faults and defects we had. Was already fatigued with the building stress when QBCC followed up so final reporting fell through. Lots of major missed variations like skylights and shower niche, they even forgot the tv antenna when we moved in despite the 2 month delay of us not caving in to receive handover. Aesthetic is good, quality is poor.

Gallery Homes is the name you can rely upon and delivery on time and quality. The team posted me for all the construction updates from time to time and the team is very professional and cooperative. I wish them good luck in their future projects.
