Great if you don't have problems but when you do it can take a little to get service. When you do get service its quick but the last and most recent dealing with the service / support has left me looking for another provider as I had no information given to me about the problem - Ip's were changed multiple times(which in IT can be extremely frustrating for customers/users), No offer to change it back or fix - Average host - Look elsewhere if possible

Sydney servers are fast & responsive. I have been using Streamline since 2017 and there has been no downtime in the servers.They have fast customer service & are always happy to help. ☆☆☆☆☆

I am currently trying them for a 25 slot Ark server and I am about 3 and half weeks in. The control panel on their site is very well laid out and easy to use (even for a novice like myself) and each time I have contacted customer support I have received a reasonably fast response.In my first few weeks, there were a few CPU and server issues and customer service was quite fast in stepping in and helping me rectify them.Thank you Callum, much appreciated for your efforts.

Steal your money ~ Account balance was taken multiple times to pay an invoice inwhich a server was canceled at the end of its billing period, they've done this twice, for $20! and i've been using streamline since 2010/2011 for everything from websites, Roots, and game hosting, after this thievery i'll be recommending G Portal or Apex Hosting, this is disgusting.

Billing date was 12th of March, I cancelled my server on the 9th of March but got billed for the next month the day I cancelled.....
