Her attentive, proactive, detail-oriented and thoughtful approach has removed a lot of stress and time wasting from my end, which for a start-up is one of the most valuable thing. We run a small business and know how hard to please everyone and although Troppus look after many big clients, they always respond promptly and attend to all our IT needs. I particularly appreciate their after-hours phone calls and follow up. Recently they worked through weekend to install and update our equipments. I don't usually leave a review..but i am very very impress with their customer service. that's is why we are still with them after 10 years
