Have been dealing with Robert and the Team for over 8yrs now. Absolutely amazing at every interaction. Professional, understanding, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Helps when you rely so heavily on an agent to manage your property.

Quite possibly the worst ever property agents ever. The engage in rent bidding practices - be aware if they say that another applicant has offered more than you and you should offer more. Is a lie and a highly unethical practice. Happened to my girlfriend when she moved in back in 2018. It was suggested “if she offers 50 over asking price, she’d be a shoo in”.They also said there were marks on the walls and to come back and clean them (but only have us 3 hrs notice. Even though we left the previous weekend and they had a tonne of time to let us know). Whilst bond received in full, the receptionist - didn’t inform us of the tinniest smudge on the wall for a full two days, instead they waited until the 11th hour to make it known - They will do anything to get your bond, read other reviews.Be aware of them. They are totally and utterly horrible property agents. Just my personal experience - welcome to see for yourself.We also asked numerous times to fix the shower seal and the front door. They were done numerous times of such poor quality and kept breaking.Good luck people and take protect yourselves against sharks like these

I can not fault the wonderful experience of selling not one, but two properties, back to back, with Robert Allan Property.Every phone call/email was replied to promptly.Most of my dealings were with Robert, he made the sale of my home a stress free professional experience. Sorted and booked all the trades I need to make my home beautifully presentable, to ensure I got top dollar when we went to auction.Nothing was too hard or impossible for Robert.My investment property was first to go to auction.Even though demand for apartments is not as hot as the house market, Robert and brother Allan amazed me with the price we reached at auction.I cannot highly recommend Robert Allan Property enough.They know Sydney, not only the area they are based, which was proven when my home in Lewisham sold at auction. They did sufficient due diligence and research of my area, so we knew what to expect at auction.I am one very happy customer, I wish Robert and Allan all the best in these difficult times.

Mr. Robert and Mr. Allan have been very good to us. They helped us through the renting process, accommodated our needs in the property that we are renting, and easy to talk to. We also thank Ms. Margaret for frequently giving us updates and responding to our requests. They are all kind and efficient. Been with this agent since 2020. Have been spoken down to, yelled at, implied to be lying, ignored all by agents/receptionists at this office. You never get acknowledged when you send an email, if you call you get cut off mid explanation and asked to send an email. I’m forever worrying if we’re going to be asked to move on as every time you contact them, there is an issue. Margaret seems to dislike me on a deep personal level, as she cannot even have a conversation with me anymore. Our toilet broke (5th time same issue, owner refuses to fix and the agent doesn’t really care about my time and effort having to clean and take off work for the plumber to attend) it was around 2PM, I called the office just to see if it was going to be possible to get the plumber out ASAP that day as my bathroom had flooded and toilet was blocked, she yelled at me and was so affronted you would think I asked her to come personally. When you make a complaint to the owners you get told you’re basically a liar because she’s never had a complaint before. Reading reviews say otherwise lol. It’s to the point where I have had to make them note the fact I will be recording all future calls. If you use these guys, keep constant notes and records as I have done, because you’re going to need them. EDIT: they also do not give sufficient notice of attendance- usually less than 1 week, which is against the law and then get upset when you refuse them entry because you don’t walk people walking through the house if you’re not there. It’s confusing as they should know the laws surrounding their own business.

Robert sold me my apartment and then handled the rental of it for a couple for years. He pushed and found me a lovely tenant. Anything the tenant or I needed he promptly arranged, never an issue or effort. Robert is super lovely and on the ball, no question is left unanswered. He was very nice and super efficient. Also very honest and real.

It’s not often you find a real estate (when renting) that actually have a heart.Times can get tough. All of us go through it at some point. The practice manager (M), is a gem of a human. So understanding and genuine. I can’t thank these guys enough over the last few months.Thank you Robert Allan property & especially (MP) for your supportive demeanour :)

I have had my property with Robert and his team since 2005. They make everything so easy. In all that time I have never had a tenant miss a rent payment. They have always found rock solid tenants who look after my property. I definitely would not have been able to keep this property for as long as i have without their hard work, excellent selection of tenants and overall professionalism. I honestly feel like I struck gold when i put my property with them.

Highly rated and recommend!!I was renting an apartment at the time through another realestate, they where horrible and unresponsive.Until Robert Allan Property took over management from the other realestate, Robert Allan have been nothing but accommodating and very responsive to whatever questions and queries I had, any services or faults of the apartment they would make sure they reply with a solution.Margaret has been my “Go to” shes the best!!

My Partner and I recently moved into a property that is managed by Robert Allan Property. From the beginning to the end of the application process, Robert and Margaret were extremely helpful and supportive to getting us into our new place which we love so much. Simple, honest straight forward service is what we loved so much right from the beginning.To add to that only a few days after moving in our toilet stopped working and we contacted Margaret via phone. She had a plumber there within the hour without any problems. Never have we had that kind of service from a rental agency. We look forward to enjoying our time renting from Robert Allan.
