Ollie is the king!! I have just started my own gardening business and Oliver had all the answers (being an avid handyman) to any questions I had. He helped me put everything together. He explained every feature no matter how trivial. He offered help above and beyond any store operator normally would. It is the only place I will shop from here on out.

Brought a milwaukee kit grinder was missing the rear flange when I went to use it, the lonsdale store was less then helpful in helping to fix the issue, very disappointed in after sales service but happy to take my money

They make customer service seem so effortless, you quickly forget you're in a retail shop. Great products, awesome service, top quality staff. Found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, the shop well laid out, prices are competitive and is a one stop shop. I purchased an item that didn't fit in my car, David delivered it in his own personal car for nothing in return. They went above and beyond which is hard to find these days! Highly recommend and will be sending friends and family there.
