Best clinic ever. ALL the staff are amazing. Kind, friendly, patient, and really care about your pet. Dr Oli is brilliant, and always gives me peace of mind. He and nurse Suey went above and beyond for my Teddy on his last visit. I am eternally grateful.

If you love your pets, Greencross Vets Biggera Waters are the most highly trained, efficient, action orientated Vets I have ever had the pleasure in meeting. I cannot thank the team at Biggera Waters enough, without them I’m unsure what would have happened to my poor cat Celeste.My cat swallowed one of her toys, I called the receptionist in tears, Leona at the reception desk instantly made me feel at ease and told me to come in ASAP, and reassured me that accidents happen and was overall an angel and really helped calm me down.I then got to meet Dr Freddie who reassured me and talked me through next steps if my cat still was not feeling good later. Dr Freddie was extremely empathetic, reassuring and professional. Of course, later that day my cat became more sick, so I went back to the team in Biggera Waters.I then was looked after by Dr Anabel. Dr Anabel was quick on planning the next steps for Celeste, and made me feel confident in the solutions she provided to get the best outcome for my cat. They talked me through getting Celeste the help she needed with the animal emergency centre, and did all the hard work so the hand over to the AEC was smooth and stress free.Without Dr Annabel’s help, I’m not sure what would have happened to my cat. I am so grateful for the genuine care and compassion Dr Annabel showed and would highly highly recommend the entire team at Greencross Vets, they are truly incredible at what they do!Thank you guys again all so much! It was my little girls first vet visit and she was treated so well from start to finish. All the staff were incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend this clinic! Thank you to the great staff who made Riley's first vet experience such a stress free one!

Best Vet surgery in the Gold Coast! Gustav and the team are just so caring and loving to our furbabies and I would recommend them to everyone that has pets ! My Gucci and Fendi love going there and they are not scared at all ! Dr G is amazing !

Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful.Doctor Oliver Croft is amazing. It was an emergency situation when we came in (recently moved to Gold Coast & the closest local office could not see our cat until much later in the week when we had an appt). He swooped in like a Super Vet - has been attentive and easy to work with. We feel very comfortable recommending him and the entire team. We are very grateful we'd discovered them.

Wow, these people are exceptional, my poor cat had a broken tooth, that was , infected, everywhere else I was quoted $1500 plus. Green cross (Biggera Waters) quoted me $1000, so I thought great, I took my feline down, the staff were excellent, a special shout out to the Vet Olly, who is a vet that actually cares, with a rare human touch. I went to pick my cat, Olly advised that they had to remove two teeth, plus we provided a clean and we cut your cats claws, Oh and we overcharged you" the price is actually $850!!!! I nearly fell of my chair! Guys word of mouth is the best form of advertising
